nCubate Software GmbH bought all the rights to A2PB including the complete source code from Tom Studer. Since I own 100% of nCubate, this is, practically speaking, not a big change. The transaction does however facilitate future development and commercialization of the software as there is now a legal entity owning the software (an LLC) for the purpose of representation and any commercial/legal/tax related issues.
